We respectfully submit that our compnay falls under the criteria as specified under regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) due to the fact that the paid up share capital and net worth of the company on 31st March, 2024 is 627.26 lakhs and 896.29 lakhs respectively, we are enclosing net worth certificate from statutory auditor, compnay therefore not required to comply with the provisions of secretarial audit compliance report under 24A SEBI LODR Regulation 24A.
