Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13/8/2024 has 1) considered and approved the unaudited financials results of the company for the quarter ended 30/6/24. The Statutory Auditors have carried out the limited review of the same. 2. The Board considered and took note of the 1 day late submission of outcome of board meeting held on 30/5/2024 for consideration of audited results for the year 2023-24 and annual secretarial compliance report due to technical issue imposing a penalty of Rs. 7,000/- for the same.
