Santa Clara Office, USA to consider inter alia, the following businesses: 1.The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025; 2.The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. 3.The recommendation of the Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2024-25.
