Petron Engineering Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had convened a Board Meeting on July 02, 2015 to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>However, due to unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting convened for the above purpose will not take place July 02, 2015.
