This is to inform you that, Public Notice dated 08.02.2020 (Published on 10.02.2020) has been made regarding the Invitation for submission of a Scheme under Section 230 of Companies Act, 2013 which inter-alia asking the interested Members/Creditors of the Company who are eligible under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to submit their Scheme for the revival of the Company, in the widely circulated newspapers.
