Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. A. K. Balyan has completed his tenure of 5 years as Managing Director & CEO of the Company and superannuated from the Company w.e.f. July 15, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Shri R. K. Garg, Director (Finance), has been appointed as Acting MD & CEO of the Company till the appointment of new MD & CEO of the Company.
