Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 20% on Paid up Share Capital of the Company (i.e. Rs. 2.00 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2015.
