Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2016, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 25% on Paid up Share Capital of the Company (i.e. Rs. 2.50 per Share) for the year ended March 31, 2016.
