PETRONET LNG LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of PLL (PLL ''s Code) as well as Circular dated 2nd April 2020 issued by the Stock exchanges, where Shares of the Company are listed, it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of PLL shall remain closed for all ''Insiders'' pursuant to PLL's Code as per details given below - for the quarter ended 30th June 2022 from 1st July 2022 for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2022 from 1st October 2022 for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 from 1st January 2023 for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 from 1st April 2023 Further, the Trading Window will be closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter/half- year/ year would generally become available to Public.
