Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Prabhat Singh has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Company by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 30, 2015 in place of Dr. A. K. Balyan.<BR><BR>Shri. Prabhat Singh is taking over as Managing Director & CEO of the Company w.e.f. September 14, 2015.<BR>
