Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve audited Financial results as well as declaration of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, trading window shall remain closed w.e.f.
