Petronet LNG Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Varadarajan Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL), has been appointed as Nominee Director of BPCL on the Board of the Company w.e.f. October 11, 2013 in place of Shri. R. K. Singh, who had superannuated from the services of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
