PG ELECTROPLAST LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024. This is to further inform that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons of the Company including their immediate relatives shall continue to remain closed till Friday, July 26, 2024.
