PHAARMASIA LTD. - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBl (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a shareholder has reported to the Company about loss of share certificate and has requested for the issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof. The Company will issue duplicate share certificate after complying with required formalities.
