Phoenix Lamps Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on July 21, 2014 for the purpose of Payment of Special Dividend, Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 21, 2014.<br/><br/>The date of payment / dispatch of dividend shall be August 07, 2014, subject to approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
