Phoenix Lamps Limited - Board declares Interim Dividend

Phoenix Lamps Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2014, inter alia, has decided the following:<br/><br/>1. Declared interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 5/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2013-2014.<br/><br/>2. Approved redemption of 7,66,000, Redeemable Preference shares of Rs. 100/- each amounting to Rs. 7,66,00,000 (Rupees Seven crores Sixty Six lacs only).<br/><br/>3. To obtain the shareholder approval towards appointment and remuneration of Mr. Pranay D. Gandhi, Managing Director of the Company by way of postal ballot.
