Phoenix Lamps Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2015, approved and ratified the following:<BR><BR>1. Resignation of Mr. Aditya Rungta, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from the Company, with effect from October 09, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointed of Ms. Shrabanti Mondal as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from November 07, 2015. The Board also appointed her as Compliance Officer of the Company.
