Phoenix Lamps Limited - Board to consider Interim Dividend

With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 20, 2014 intimating that the Board Meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on January 31, 2014 to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013, Phoenix Lamps Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on January 31, 2014, the Board shall also consider declaration of interim dividend to the equity shareholders.
