Pursuant to SEBI (PIT)Regulations, 2015 notice is hereby given that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2017 to May 28, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 27, 2017.
