No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons shall be closed with effect from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021.<BR> The Trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchange.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on record.<BR>
