Pursuant to the BSE circular having reference no. LIST/COMP/05/2019-2020 dated 11th April, 2019 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/ HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities, we would like to inform you that Phoenix Township Limited is 'NOT IDENTIFIED AS LARGE CORPORATE". Accordingly, the initial Disclosure in 'Annexure A' to the said Circular is not applicable.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record.<BR> <BR>
