With reference to the subject cited above, we hereby inform that the Company has in compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 approved the reappointment of Mr.Y.Janaki Ramaiah (DIN:06949910) as Executive Director of the Company at the 232nd Board of Directors Meeting held on 12th August 2024 for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 29th July 2024 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
