We wish to inform you that pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 21st September 2024 to 27th September 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company. We would further like to inform that the Company has fixed Friday, 20th September 2024, as the cut-off date/record date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
