We wish to inform you that, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised by the Company, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed to all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and all the designated persons of the Company w.e.f 01st October 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September 2024. The date of Board Meeting for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September 2024 shall be intimated in due course of time.
