Phyto Chem India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, have approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Pipalwa, Company Secretary of the Company as Compliance Officer w.e.f. May 29, 2015.
