As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in shares of the Company for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and insiders will be closed from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021. <BR> The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021 shall be intimated in due course of time. <BR>
