Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in Compliance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and insiders will remain closed w.e.f January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 shall be intimated in due course of time.
