Picturehouse Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, have considered the following:<br/><br/>1. Decided to seek the approval of the Members through Postal Ballot for certain resolutions as per the Notice approved by the Board; and<br/><br/>2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Adalat Srikanth as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company who will be relieved from the closing of the working hours on August 16, 2014.
