Limited Review Report dated 2nd February, 2021 as provided by the Statutory Auditors in respect of Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2020 is enclosed as Annexure - II<BR> <BR> 3. Allotment of 3,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- at Rs. 13.40/- each to Employees pursuant to PEL ESOP 2018 Scheme.<BR>
