Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Madan Pendse, Financial Controller of the Company has been designated as the Acting Chief Financial Officer, one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2015 until a full time Chief Financial Officer is appointed by the Company in due course.
