Piramal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has acquired a Company for a consideration of Rs. 1.50 Lakhs. The consideration amount is nominal since the Company so acquired has not undertaken any substantial business operations. Consequent to this acquisition, this Company is now a wholly owned subsidiary Company of the Company.
