The results shall be subject to limited review.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company is closed from October 14, 2014 to October 22, 2014 in terms of clause 3.2.3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and clause V of Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company.
