Piramal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013. The results shall be subjected to limited review.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed BSE that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the its Directors /Officers / Designated Employees will remain closed from January 22, 2014 to January 31, 2014 in terms of clause 3.2.3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and clause V of Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company.
