PIX TRANSMISSIONS LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend (AGM on Sept 28, 2016)

Pix Transmissions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Recommended Final Dividend @ Rs. 0.50/- per share, for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2016.<BR><BR>2. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before October 27, 2016.
