1. Declared an Interim Dividend of 20% of Paid up share Capital i.e. Re.2/- per share for the Financial year 2023-2024; 2. An Omnibus approval was granted for the Related Party Transactions, to be entered during the Financial year 2024-25; 3. Appointed M/s.
