Plaza Wires Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time, pursuant to the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders including designated persons and their immediate relatives, "Trading Window" for trading/dealing in securities of Plaza Wires Limited ("the Company") shall remain closed for all the Insiders with effect from 01st July, 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
