In compliance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all designated persons (including his/ her immediate relatives or any person with whom he/ she shares a material financial relationship) shall remain closed from 01st July 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024.
