POCL Enterprises Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Date of payment of Dividend

The dividend for FY 2023-24 as recommended by the Board of Directors subject to the shareholders approval at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid/dispatched within thirty days from the date of declaration by the shareholders i.e., on or before October 22, 2024.
