POKARNA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

As per the SEBI (PIT) ( Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and subsequent clarifications issued by the Stock exchanges, the trading window for all the designated persons as under 'Pokarna Limited -Insider Trading Policy,' the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from the start of trading hours of 1st January,2021 and the trading window will open after 48 hours of announcement of the Un-audited Financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December,2020.
