Polar Pharma India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a notice under section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest, 2002 dated March 09, 2012 against which the Company has raised objections challenging the legality of the said notice relating with its last letter dated July 31, 2012.
