Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 12, 2015 to June 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 23, 2015.<BR><BR>The payment of dividend when declared at the 22nd Annual General Meeting being convened on June 23, 2015 will be credited / dispatched on July 20, 2015.
