Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated September 24, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 1,200 shares to Two (02) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and the allotment of 3,950 shares to Four (04) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
