Polaris Consulting & Services Limited - Allotment of Equity shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan (ASOP)

Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Directors of the Company vide its circular resolution approved on September 01, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 10,000 numbers of Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Eight (8) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 8,300 numbers of Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Ten (10) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
