Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of the Company vide their circular resolution dated December 26, 2016 has approved, the allotment of 9,550 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 3 (Three) Associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
