Polaris Consulting & Services Limited - Allotment of Equity Shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan (ASOP)

Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of the Company in its meeting vide its circular resolution approved on February 23, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 10,000 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 6 (Six) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 5,450 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 5 (Five) Associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
