Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, has Recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 (fifty paise) per Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each for the Financial Year 2015-16 subject to approval of shareholders.
