Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 10.00 am through video-conferencing in accordance with the SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Company,s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for the dealing in Company,s Securities will be closed from the date of this intimation and will open 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting.
