Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that July 10, 2013 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) credited as fully paid up for every 1(one) Existing Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) held by the members.
