To consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition to Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from April 17, 2015 to May 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
