Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Company.<BR> <BR> Please be informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide its circular resolution passed on 07th August 2021, had allotted in aggregate 2,070 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to the employees who had exercised their options under Polycab Employee Stock Option Performance Scheme 2018 and Polycab Employee Stock Option Privilege Scheme 2018.<BR>
